We can temporarily forget our own needs and interests. Listen to others wholeheartedly, understand and respond to their thoughts and feelings show our concern and support.
Starting from today, let us adopt this approach in relating to those around us, classmates, hall-mates, committee-mates, teachers, staff then they will be able to sense and pay it forward to everyone on campus. Together, we can build and enjoy a warm a truly caring campus.

Safeguarding our physical, psychological and spiritual health is essential in maintaining our well-being and emotional stability, in enabling us to face life's challenges, as well as in allowing us to attend to the needs of others.
