It is believed that while fellow students enjoyed their wonderful university life, it is still normal to encounter some difficulties and doubts such as to adapt to university life, interpersonal relationship and academic pressure, etc. If you are in need of support and encouragement of others, then you may consider to share with our peer counsellors "uBuddies" through email.
uBuddies are CUHK undergraduates who have undergone peer counselling and mental health first aid training. They are willing to share with you about their growth experience and wisdom.
