Going through career planning processes may take a long time and full of difficulties. For students with special educational needs (SEN), they might encounter more challenges due to difficulties in social interaction or physical challenges. Co-organized by @cuhkcpdc & Wellness and Counselling Centre, OSA would like to provide students with SEN with a series of Career Workshops which equip them with various skills of career planning, CV writing and interviewing, etc. Students with SEN can explore more about their career directions and get prepared for their career lives! The workshops will cover:

1st session: Career Planning Strategies YOU ASK I ANSWER
Are you clear about your career goals and directions? In this session, the guest speaker will share strategies of job seeking and facilitate the process of identifying your true self. Apart from job market updates from the coach's perspectives, you will get a taste of self-exploration.

2nd session: Writing the Best CV
Do you know what employers focus on when selecting suitable candidates from thousands of CVs that they collected? Join this session and you will know the answers and tactics to write a CV which represents the best of you!

3rd session: Acing Face-to-Face, Video and Online Interviews
We are living under the New Normal and facing different new recruitment selection processes such as video interviews and online live interviews. In addition to face-to-face interviews, this workshop will cover essential skills in acing video and online interviews. It's time to let employers say yes!

4th session: Preparatory Workshop of Aptitude Test and Written Test
Assessment Center is one of the popular and key assessments in recruitment, in which aptitude test and written test are the main assessment methods. What should I prepare before taking this? Come join this session and learn from the guest speaker.
