Launching of WACC Initial Assessment Booking Service
Wellness and Counselling Centre of Office of Student Affairs has been committed to promoting mental wellness on campus and providing professional counselling services to students. To provide timely assistance and facilitate new users’ service enrollment, an online Initial Assessment Booking System has been launched in the new academic year of 2021-2022.

What will happen during an Initial Assessment Session?
counsellor will meet you for about 20 minutes to understand your needs and
situation. Immediate advice or assistance will be provided where necessary.
Based on your situation, a follow-up counselling session with a suitable
counsellor will then be arranged.During the initial assessment session, after filling in some information, our

Monday & Wednesday: From 2:00p.m. to 4:30p.m.
(last booking session at 3:45p.m.)
Thursday & Friday: From 9:00a.m. to 12:00p.m.
(last booking session at 11:15a.m.)
Morning: From 9:00a.m. to 12:00p.m. (last booking session at 11:15a.m.);
Afternoon: From 2:00p.m. to 4:30p.m. (last booking session at 3:45p.m.)
(Except Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays)

If you have an urgent need to see a counsellor, you may visit WACC in person during office hours. The Duty Counsellor will assess your needs and make appropriate arrangements with you.
