鏡中「我」Dance with "Me": Self-Exploration Workshop (Only Available in Cantonese)

In the realm of career planning, understanding oneself is the first step. To gain this understanding, apart from seeking insights from others around us, the most essential and recommended approach is to delve into self-discovery. If you find yourself uncertain about your career path and unsure of the direction to take, consider using "dance" as a means to know yourself better. Through dance, you can catch a glimpse of various facets of yourself that might not be readily apparent.

Led by a dance healing instructor (CUHK alumna), the workshop invites you to explore self-awareness through dance meditation. By connecting with your body and becoming attuned to its sensations, you will be able to observe yourself more authentically in the mirror. This newfound perspective can then serve as a stepping stone for self-reflection and aid you in exploring your vocational inclinations.

Whether you have dancing experience or not, we sincerely invite you to join CUHK alumna Ah Mei in "Dancing Back to Solo." Through dance and the reflection of "the you in the mirror," you can get to know yourself better!

*Priority registration for Students with Special Educational Needs.
