1. Would SEN Service disclose my SEN information to my affiliated Faculty, Department, and College?
All personal data submitted to the SEN Service is treated with utmost confidentiality, in accordance with the University’s Policy in Protection of Personal Data (Privacy) and the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. The information you provided is strictly used for the purposes of processing your registration with the SEN Service and arranging appropriate accommodations with relevant units of CUHK on a need-to-know basis and upon your consent at the time of your registration with us – meaning that the disclosure of your SEN and associated accommodations is restricted to the course offering departments and instructors of courses that you are currently enrolled.
