There are important changes to the Rehabus Service, including adjustments to service hours, booking regulations, and procedures, through all of which we hope to enhance the accessibility of the Rehabus service as well as user experience.
1. Service Hours:
Day Service: Mon - Fri: 8:15 am - 6:15 pm; Sat: 8:15 am - 1:15 pm
Evening Service: Mon - Fri: 6:16 pm - 8:15 pm
2. Booking Regulations:
a. All bookings for each coming week must be submitted at or before 12 noon of every Friday.
(If the Friday happens to be a public holiday, please submit the booking form ONE working day before the public holiday.)
b. Service bookings between 11:45am and 12:45pm must be made at least ONE week beforehand.
c. For service bookings after 6:15pm:
i. Eligible users must book at least TWO weeks beforehand.
ii. Each eligible user can book a maximum of 12 round trips per academic year (from August 1 to July 31 of the following year). A maximum of 3 bookings per month can be made. Yet, the provision of Rehabus service is subject to availability; if additional bookings are required due to academic needs, please contact SEN Service for further discussion and arrangement.
d. Any changes to the bookings including cancellation must be made at least ONE working day beforehand.
Please read through the Booking Regulations before registering with SEN Service as eligible Rehabus users and/or booking the Rehabus.
3. Booking Procedures:
a. All bookings must be via the Online Booking Form; bookings requested via all other channels (e.g. email, phone, paper form) will not be entertained.
b. A maximum of three single/round trips per day can be requested in one booking form. If you have more than three single/round trips in one day, you may fill out the form again for the additional trips.
These changes will take effect starting 8 September 2023. In case you have already submitted your Rehabus bookings for next week, you will not need to submit your bookings again online.
