Building a Caring Campus

Building a Caring Campus

What impresses you or appeals to you most about our campus? Is it the green and serene environment? Is it the passionate pursuit of knowledge or the blend of traditional and modern cultures? As a member of CUHK, how would you describe our campus? What would you expect from our campus community?

From our students' feedback, it seems that most students yearn for a warm and caring campus which:

  •
Can cultivate a sense of belonging as well as promote solidarity among members of our university.

  •
Encourage students to become actively involved in campus life and extra-curricular activities.
  •

Reinforce the student support network and enhance students' mental health.

  •

Strengthen the cohesion and cooperation among students, enabling departments, societies, and organizations to perform better.

  •
Enable students to conduct their academic pursuits in a mutually supportive and motivating environment.

  •
Enhance students' self-awareness and personal growth through genuine and trusting interpersonal relationships.
  •
The adjustment and integration of new comers to CUHK

Creating a caring culture relies on the efforts of each CUHKer. Starting from today, take action to care for the people around you. You are also cordially invited to join our various upcoming activities to gain further understanding into the nature and practice of caring.

Let us work together to create a truly caring campus and enjoy our wonderful university life!
