2014-15 Term 2 Course Enrolment Submission (updated)
The add-drop period of 2014-15 Term 2 will be on 12-18 January 2015 in CUSIS. Students concerned will receive an e-mail from Disability Services Coordinator last week on submitting course enrolment information for term 2.
Please submit the completed form in the e-mail if you need special accommodations by 16 January 2015 (Friday) for timely arrangements. If there are any changes and updates to your course enrolment after add-drop started, please also inform the Disability Services Coordinator as soon as possible. If we haven't received your information by deadline, we will assume you will not need any support services in this term.
